Food, memory, and the stories that bring us together.
El Comedor is an intimate dinner series exploring my perspective as a second-generation Puerto Rican and Colombian chef in New York City. The food is rooted in memories and flavors from my childhood, with each dish reinterpreted through techniques I’ve forged over a 13-year career in professional kitchens. The menu finds a balance between curious and familiar, playful and comforting, leaving plenty of room for discovery while evoking nostalgia.
